In the latest collaboration video between JLC3DP and Hacksmith Industries, Hacksmith Industries tested the strength of collarbone models 3D printed with various resin materials provided by JLC3DP. The video shows a number of rigorous testing processes, and clavicle models printed with different resin materials have undergone a series of strength evaluations. The final test results showed that 8228 resin performed best in the pressure test, so JLC3DP once again provided Hacksmith Industries with 30 3D collarbone printed with 8228 resin.

The research for this video project didn’t stop there. The 3D printed collarbone was then subjected to advanced nanotechnology plating – a process that enhances the material’s performance by coating it with a thin layer of metal. This innovative approach significantly improved the bone’s strength, as shown in the video. For JLC3DP, this project was more than just a demonstration of material performance. It was an opportunity to show how our 3D printing services can be applied to real-world scenarios, especially in fields such as biomedical engineering, where precision and material strength are critical.
JLC3DP is delighted to support Hacksmith Industries on this exciting project and looks forward to exploring further collaborations to push the limits of 3D printing technology. Whether you are an innovator, researcher or creator, JLC3DP will help you turn your ideas into reality with state-of-the-art 3D printing services.
