Slot holes for RCA jack in EAGLE footprint

Attached is the footprint of a RCA jack.  The yellow pads (in Dimension layer) over solder pads are the slot holes for footprint.  I would like to know do I need to specify something in the drawing to let you know these are the slot holes.  Please let me know what detail information I need to specify for the slot holes when submit my order for the prototype.  Thanks
