PCB Oblong hole error

Hi Sir

I was received the ordered 2 kind of sample PCBs.

Thanks greatly for fast delivery and cheap price.

But, there are some big problem!!!.

The all oblong pads with oblong hole are missed as non-hole.

I checked oblong hole points by GERBER VIEW and the art-work has no problem.

So, I don't know why there are no oblong holes.

Please let me know the right ordering methods for next order.
