PCB Assembly Through Hole component soldering

I have a board, where i have both TH-components and SMD on the same side, the top side.

Because of that, i have chosen top side assembly, to make sure that all the components will be assembled, but would this still mean that the Through hole components will be soldered on the back like normal? or would this make it so both the SMD's and the IC's gets soldered on the front side?
