We strive to provide high-quality 3D printing and CNC services. In the event that the product you receive is defective or damaged, you are eligible for a full refund or a replacement. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide clear documentation, including photographs,videos to support your claim.if it is confirmed that the problem was caused by JLC3DP, you will be eligible for a full refund or replacement product.

2.2 ApprovalOnce your request is received, we will review the information provided. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the circumstances.
