Instructions for placing full-color printing orders

JLC3DP's full-color resin printing service is now officially online. In order to ensure that your printing files pass the review and quickly enter the production process, there are different review methods for different file formats.

1. Online ordering steps

STL format: Upload your STL file directly through the website.

OBJ format: Similar to the STL format, upload the OBJ file directly through the website.

Please note that the order is for full-color printing when placing an order.

File review: After the file is uploaded, the customer service staff will review it to ensure the correctness of the file and the feasibility of printing.

2. Email Supplementary Instructions

For orders that require additional files, please send these files to the customer service email support@jlcpcb.com via email, and note your account number. Including:

PLY format: If your color file uses a PLY file, please send the PLY file to the customer service by email after submitting the STL order on the website for review and processing.

MTL file: If the OBJ file has been uploaded, please send the MTL file separately by email to the customer service email.

3. Order confirmation and production

After the file review is passed, the customer service staff will confirm the order information with you. After the order is confirmed, your model will enter the production process, and we will perform high-quality full-color 3D printing based on the files you provided.
