Is C559118 a reverse-mounted LED, what should I do to solder it?

First, you may check the part in our part lib https://jlcpcb.com/parts/

Generally speaking, if the word "counterpost" is there, it means it is a reverse-mounted part.

And you may check the datasheet as well. From the picture below, we will know it is a reverse type.

To solder a reverse-mounted LED, means you have to make a slot on the board for this part, so the LED emission side will be toward the bottom side.
