Hi,

I want to make a PCB with 2.0mm thickness, that contains a lot of cutouts (refer to the image).

Q1: what is the minimum radius allowed for rectangular cutouts?

Q2: is it possible to leave only 1mm material between two cutouts?

Many thanks in advance!

Thank you for your questions.

1. Normally we won't control the corner of the non-plated slots. If the radius of the corner is certain, we recommend that you may choose "confirm production file" option when ordering.

And please ask us to add drill holes in the corner of the slots, whose radius should be the one you needed.

2. The minimum material width between two slots is 2mm, or it is possible that the material will be broken during production.
