Dear support team, con you make the PCB (4-6 layers) with BGA footprint as follows:

Pitch 0.4 mm

Pad diameter 0.25mm

Via/Hole 0.15mm

Annular ring 0.05mm

Trace width 3.5 mils?

I took the values from your "capabilities" section on the web. I'd like to make sure that it's acceptable by you.

Below, you can see the screenshots illustrating of our needs.

What can be your recommendations for manufacturing a PCB with a BGA footprint we need to use: 0.4mm pitch, 0.21-0.25mm pad diameter.

Thank you!

As long as the PCB design is within our capacity, it is okay to make it.

We have detailed explained the capacity with BGA, please check the link here:  https://jlcpcb.com/help/article/243-BGA-Design-Guidelines---PCB-Layout-Recommendations-for-BGA-packages

And please kindly note that only when the copper weight is 1oz, can the minimum trace width be 3.5mis.

We also recommend to enlarge the trace width if possible.
