Can ODB++ files be used to order?

Hi,

can ODB++ files be used to order PCBs or Gerber only? We have a customer who only exports their manifacturing data as ODB++. If not, is there a way to convert ODB++ to regular Gerber and drill files? The JLCPCB file parser doesn't seem to understand ODB++.
