Missing 2D3D models in Components Place step during ordering PCBA

When ordering, in the Components Place step, the 2D/3D rendering is not showing some parts but some squares consisting of white/black small squares. It looks like the component model is not available. This makes it difficult to judge if the rotation of the part is correct. What can be done to avoid this?

Well, JLC's component has been continuously increasing as you may noticed, the reason for black/white small squares on DFM page due to compoment has yet not been created footprint and 3D model, it required to be evaluated and processed manually one by one to be honest.
Regarding black/white squares, customer could select "confirm parts placement" service and pay for the order first, our engineer will give priority to processing footprint, DFM ect. for their orders. Besides, we will follow up customer's instructions to modify DFM before the order is put into production.
