Customer supplied Components with same dimensions and footprint as LCSC Electronics

Can you assemble a PCB with customer supplied components if the component shares the same foot print and size/shape as a similar component already in your LCSC component library.  Same size and foot print would mean that it could use the same pick and place file as the similar component already in your library.
