How it Works:

The Factory Pickup option is currently available for all customers who can physically retrieve their orders from our factory. Follow these steps for a seamless experience:

1 Place your order on jlc3dp.com and proceed to checkout.

2 Opt for the "Factory Pickup" selection under the "Shipping Method" section.

Notification：（Factory pickup is only possible if the address is in China）

Upon the completion of your order, we will notify you once your item(s) are ready for pickup. The designated pickup person should present their government-issued photo ID along with the order number at our factory.

Important Notice:

JLCPCB can provide all necessary documentation for customs declaration under our company title, expediting the customs clearance process. Additionally, upon order completion, contact our support team to receive a coupon.

If you opt not to require customs declaration documentation from us, please select a reputable freight forwarder to mitigate potential customs issues, such as delays or goods rejections.
