How to modify files after the order has been approved
Once the manual review of your 3D order files is complete, if modifications to your order files are necessary, please contact our online customer service.
They will activate the file replacement option for you. Once the replacement option is activated, you will find a "Replace File" button in your account center under order management. Click on it, and then proceed to upload your latest files.
After a successful replacement, your updated files will undergo manual review once again.
