Insert dimensions: OD 4.73mm; ID 3.0mm; Length 5.8mm; Boss Ø 4.7mm.

Insert hole requirements: Hole Depth 7.0mm, Ø 4.0mm, Boss Depth 1.0mm, Ø 4.7mm.

Type 2: DPLK-M3

Insert dimensions: OD 4.5mm; ID 3.0mm; Length 5.8mm.

Insert hole requirements: Hole Depth 7.0mm, Ø 3.9mm.

Type 3: ELH1-M3*5.8*0.56-HD5.56

Insert dimensions: OD 4.22mm; ID 3.0mm; Length 5.8mm; Boss Ø 5.6mm.

Insert hole requirements: Hole Depth 7.0mm, Ø 3.8mm, Boss Depth 0.8mm, Ø 5.6mm.

3. Threaded Insert Ordering Requirements

1. Minimum Insert Hole Wall Thickness: 3.0 mm.

2. Mounting Surface: Flat area ≥14mm×14mm for proper installation.

3. Please upload the 2D drawing (PNG, PDF) when placing your order, and clearly specify the insert types and their locations in the diagram. Insert types and specifications are limited to the 8 types listed above; custom options are not supported.

4. Threaded Insert Lead Time:

For orders with 500 or more threaded inserts, lead time will be extended by 24 hours.

Note: Insert quantities are cumulative. For example, if you require 500 inserts initially and an additional 600 inserts later, the total insert count would be 1,100. In this case, the lead time will be extended by 72 hours (3 business days) beyond the standard lead time.
