1. Sanding

2. Primer and paint
By applying primer to the surface of the 3D print, you can fill in small layer lines and imperfections, and then sand to achieve a smooth surface effect. 4. Resin coating

One study showed that using ethyl acetate vapor can "reduce roughness by nearly 90% and offers several advantages in terms of toxicity, solvent volume, and processing time. Use an automated vapor smoothing machine to produce an alcohol mist that removes the top layer of your printed parts.
