edge cut bugs

hello have you encountered a bug like this:

it seems to me like every layer has become an edge cut

ive had files that have worked in the past:

but despite this i have no clue what the problem is.

the first image show is a gerber file that used to work but now doesn’t and the second kind of works but the edge cuts are just wrong
