Footprint of C601689 (LED diode TJ-S3806SW1TGLC2R-A5)

To Whom It May Concern,

I've design the footprint of the C601689 (LED diode TJ-S3806SW1TGLC2R-A5) by myself based on the datasheet from manufacturer. When I enter pick and place file, I saw that the components are placed with some offset from the pads. I've assume that the difference is caused due to the difference in footprints. Based on the datasheet I would say that footprint provided by easy EDA is not correct.

Can you please have a look and tell me what to do? If I should adjust my footprint or the one in EASY EDA is wrong.
