I am designing a board that will be attached to a metal backplate using M2.5 bolts through PTHs (2.7 mm to 3.0 mm in diameter) at the corners (approximately 3 mm from the edge on a 50 mm × 100 mm board). The JLC06081H-1080A stackup is being used with the most economical production options.

What is the positional tolerance of the mounting holes relative to each other, the copper layers, and the board edges? Could you also advise how these tolerances would change if press-fit holes were specified instead, or if the holes were moved closer together — for example, arranged in a 25 mm × 25 mm square?
