Altium merge layers for own panels

Hi,

when I have PCBs with cutouts then these are on the Keep-Out Layer. When I panelize my PCBs, then the PCB seperation cuts are on the Route Tool Path Layer. but JLCPCB just accepts one layer.

Is it common practice to just copy the Route Tool Path layer and paste it on the Keep-Out layer?
