FPC with cut inner tabs design rules

Hello JLCPCB support,

we need a flex PCB circuit with tabs cut in the internal area...

1) should we draw the single centerline of the cut, or the circumference of the laser as polygon?

2) how much space do we need to add to the 0.2mm+0.2mm copper-to-cut-to-copper rule?

3) what would be the minimum allowed distance to another cut? (Just for your production - We will glue it on a backplate, so we have no concerns about stability.)
