Copper pour best practice?

Hello, Does JLCPCB make any specific recommendations about Copper Pour areas, copper density, and balance between layers or regions?

For normal 2 and 4 layer boards, in cases where copper pour is not electrically required, but is a choice.

I am interested in any manufacturing, mechanical or environmental considerations.
