Aluminum PCB stackup

Hello,

What is the layer stackup for the Aluminum PCB? Is there an insulating coating on the outside of the bare aluminum layer?

Thanks for your inquiry!

The Aluminum PCB consists three layers, which are copper layer, insulation layer with thermal conductivity, and the base aluminum layer.

So there is the insulating coating on the aluminum layer. Please note it.
