Minimum Hole Clearance - NPTH to PTH

For a keyboard PCB, I'm using "standard" keyswitch footprints in Kicad, but I'm concerned that holes may be too closely spaced (please see picture below). There is an NPTH hole located only 0.167mm from a PTH hole.  Can you please confirm whether or not this is within the scope of your capabilities?
