My gerber file is already panel by v-cut. So should I choose panel by customer or panel by JLCPCB?

In this case of yours, the right option to choose is Panel by Customer. So we will produce the panel PCB according to your complete gerber file directly.

Please make sure you are using a complete panel gerbre file when you have chosen this option. otherwise, there might be mistakes of the boards produced.

What's more, the difference of two options are as following,

Panel by Customer - Customers will design the gerber file of PCB panel yourself and upload the complete panel gerber file for ordering directly.

Panel by JLCPCB - Customers design and upload the gerber file for a single board, and JLCPCB will help complete the rest panel by V-CUT.
