Silkscreen over epoxy filled & capped vias

Can we place silkscreen over vias with the epoxy filled and capped option?

I have received several boards using this option and the surface would seem like it can support silkscreen. I would not be placing silkscreen on solderable component pads of course.

There are multiple spots in my design where I have a copper pour and an array of vias. However, some of the vias are currently cut out of the array because I have to place them around the silkscreen.
